アナログ愛聴曲をiPhoneと自作イヤホンで聴いてみる

★まず、うちのアナログ環境

うちのアナログはプレーヤーがYAMAHA GT2000

カートリッジがテクニカAT33PTG2

フォノイコが自作真空管で東芝通測12AX7のNFB型回路

プリアンプがRaytheon6111とThomson6111というサブミニチュア管真空管アンプ

メインアンプがMarconi PX4シングル、サブウーファーのメインアンプがKT150プッシュプル

スピーカーが自作でSICAというイタリアのユニットにフォスターのスーパーツィーターとサブウーファーユニット、箱は桜の積層材とメイプルの集成材でバスレフ方式

★いっぽう、ポータブル環境

iPhoneのApple musicに自作カスタムイヤホンを直刺し、あるいはiPodにOPPO HA-2を重ねONKYO HF playerで再生。

★アナログの愛聴曲をApple musicでも

アナログの名盤はたいていApple musicになってる。

ジャズの女王エラとジャズの帝王サッチモと鍵盤の皇帝オスカーピーターソントリオのアルバム

演奏者全員がビッグネームで、全曲が名演奏なんだけれど、

これのLet's Call the Whole Thing Offは歌詞も楽しすぎる。

英語の発音も全く合わない二人だけれど・・・っていう他愛のない内容だけれど、歌詞のテンポ感とか、エラとサッチモが代わる代わる歌うところにオスカーピーターソンのピアノの間の手とか素晴らしい。

歌詞を覚えたいけれど覚えられん。笑

歌詞の日本語訳は検索すれば色々出てきます。

この曲はエラの声がとてもキュートで好き。

A Foggy dayとか、April in Parisとか、有名曲をエラとサッチモで入門してしまうと、他の演奏がなかなかピンと来なくなる。

レッドガーランドとかが弾いていても、あれ、エラもサッチモも歌ってないやん、ていう。笑

April in Parisも歌詞が詩として美しい。

歌詞は綺麗、エラが歌って、サッチモはトランペットも吹くし、オスカーピーターソンのピアノは絶妙だし、レイブラウンも良い仕事しすぎ。

★AT33PTG2って中級のカートリッジで安いもんじゃないし、解像度も高いんだけれど、ホールトーンや空気感や気配感は解像度の犠牲になっている気がする。

アナログで高解像で空気感が出るカートリッジは目玉が飛び出るような価格。。カートリッジの材料も宝飾品のような素材を使うことになり、とても手が出ませぬ。

★9ドライバのMinerva TuttiをiPhoneに直刺しの方が解像度も高いし、余韻残響ホールトーンもきちんと出てる。

iPod+OPPO-HA2なら9ドライバがより統制の取れた動作になって、低音のダンプも良くて、ベースがよく沈み込む。

やはりダイレクトリスニングはコンパクトで高音質。

★もちろん、真空管にしか出せない音とか絶対あるし、スピーカーで体感する音っていうのはカスタムイヤホンでは出せないんだけれどね。

それはそれ、これはこれ。

モバイルでこれだけの音が持ち運べるってのが凄いこと。
